Waitlist help

Joining requires a valid email address, consent to development messages, and a completed Cloudflare Turnstile check. A successful submission sends a separate confirmation message. Your place is not confirmed until you use the link in that message.

If the message does not arrive

  1. Wait several minutes and check spam, promotions, or filtered folders.
  2. Confirm the address was typed correctly.
  3. Return to the home page and submit again. Repeating the same address does not create multiple subscriptions.
  4. If you previously unsubscribed, reply to an earlier official Bannermarch message or email privacy@bannermarch.com.

Every development email includes an unsubscribe link.

Game reports

The public alpha is playable at play.bannermarch.com. When reporting a technical, account, or conduct problem to support@bannermarch.com, include:

  • What you expected and what happened.
  • The page, House, or game location involved.
  • Approximate time and time zone.
  • Browser, operating system, and device.
  • The request identifier shown by an error, if one appears.

The current alpha does not yet have an in-game conduct-report control. Email reports are private; include only the context needed to review the issue. Never send a password, raw session cookie, authentication token, or another player’s unrelated private information.

Current limitations

  • Service stage: Bannermarch is a public alpha. Rules, balance, presentation, world state, and availability may change.
  • Account recovery: a complete self-service recovery path remains in development; email support from the account address if access is lost.
  • Communication and reporting: player messaging, blocking, and in-game conduct reports are not part of the current alpha.
  • Supported browsers: use a current Safari, Chrome, Edge, or Firefox release while the formal matrix is completed.

Security reports

For a suspected vulnerability affecting Bannermarch, email support@bannermarch.com with the subject “Private security report.” Do not publicly disclose credentials, private player data, or a working exploit while the issue is being investigated.

Good-faith reports should describe the affected surface, reproducible steps, likely impact, and a safe way to confirm the fix. Do not access or alter data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue.
