This notice explains how the Bannermarch waitlist uses your information.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, the time and source of your request, and a record of your consent. Cloudflare Turnstile also processes limited technical information to protect the form from abuse.
Why we use it
We use this information with your consent to confirm your subscription and send Bannermarch development updates, world reveals, and playtest invitations.
Who processes it
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Brevo stores the waitlist and delivers confirmation messages and future email updates. Each provider processes information under its own privacy and security commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist record until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or the waitlist is closed. Unsubscribed addresses may remain on a suppression list so we can honor your choice not to receive further messages.
Your choices
Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing privacy@bannermarch.com.
